In the last 25 years, I have represented several hundred business entities in contested matters in trials, litigation, administrative hearings, arbitrations, mediations and settlement conferences. As an assistant Attorney General of the State of Kansas, I handled licensing issues and violations with numerous categories of business entities requiring state licensure.
