Born in Hollywood, California. Preparatory Education: Westlake School for Girls; University of Southern California (B.A. Special Honors. Dean's List 1974-1977). Legal Education: Loyola Law School (J .D., Dean's List 1980-82).
Throughout law School, Ms. Linde served as a law clerk with renowned Attorney David Harney and later with Gloria Allred. Upon being admitted to the California Bar, Ms. Linde worked for Bet Tzedek Legal Services, a non-profit organization offering legal assistance to those who qualified for governmental financial aid. It was here that she received her first trial experience, helping the indigent.
In early 1985, Ms. Linde became associated with a prominent Beverly Hills firm specializing in personal injury matters. She remained there until she joined Mavridis & Associates in early 1989, where she handled insurance defense exclusively. In 1990, Ms. Linde joined Sylvester and Oppenheim as a Senior Associate, handling insurance defense, S.I.U. matters, and First Party Bad Faith defense.
In 1994, Ms. Linde joined Greenblatt, Linde & Associates as a partner, continuing her defense of insurance companies and their insureds. The trial experience continued with both state and federal court cases. In 2002, Ms. Linde returned to Sylvester & Oppenheim, and the firm became Sylvester, Oppenheim & Linde.
Ms. Linde has been an invited guest speaker on issues of California law and insurance defense at major insurance companies throughout the United States, and has taught seminars in Preventive Claims handling.
Ms. Linde is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, San Fernando Valley Bar Association, and the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
